The check out of the parking has no attendant so it's confusing thinking you are expected to pay again. You have to hit the attendant button for someone to come and check your paperwork to let you out so print your payment receipt and have it with you. Check in involves just taking the ticket as you drive in, you do not need to check in with an attendant inside.

It was hard to find the parking garage at this hotel. I had to ask someone twice. Unlike other hotels that I've parked at, GlobalAirportParking didn't work the same at this hotel. There were no clear instructions on what to do. At this hotel, you park, travel, then on return you have to push a button to get out of the garage and wait for a parking attendant and show him your receipt to come let you out. This was not good as I held up other people trying to exit while waiting on him.

They changed to the process for dropping off vehicle. You used to give your key to the valet and they would park the car and retrieve it. Now you park it yourself, which is okay, but when you retrieve your vehicle and attempt to exit the underground garage, you have to go to the exit gate and use the intercom to call an attendant to exit. They don't pick up the intercom/phone so you are left there honking the horn for someone to finally arrive to let you out and the line of cars behind you...

Great service for flying in/out of DCA. Attendants are aware of the parking service and very helpful!

As always, this process make flying out of Reagan Airport easy and worry free. Need to start a rewards program for us who use this parking process.

The staff was not helpful nor pleasant. I am a Hilton Diamond member and was surprised that the parking lot staff were not helpful. It was difficult to find where to park and then when I left, I was simply told press the assistance button. I had to wait for someone to come view my documentation. In the meantime there was a line of people waiting to get out - just not right...

Driver prompt , courteous and helpful. Parking was easy and ample. For the Washington mess, the location was convenient a easily located and spaces were ample.

Only had to wait a couple of minutes for the shuttle at both ends of the trip. The parking attendant was very prompt and helpful. In addition to fast service and loading our bags in the car he provided excellent directions to get us back on the highway and on our way home. Global parking is a great value and Doubletree in Arlington, VA provides great service as part of the Global parking network. This was our second time parking there and we will definitely use them again.

The van driver, when I arrived at the hotel, left the hotel 10 minutes late, and because of his poor organization of the bags in the cargo compartment, dropped many of the bags in the back of the van onto the ground. The return trip was much better, but the valet at the stand was not at all courteous, and seemed to act as if I was more a burden than a customer. I will be choosing a different hotel to park at from now on.

This was my first time to utilize your service. Overall it was good. Since it was my first visit "checking in" my car was slightly confusing and took a while. In your instructions you said to do a normal check-in but after going to the front desk I was sent back to the parking area and all my transaction was handled by the parking garage and valet service people.

Terrible service and directions on paperwork. Valet attendant was no where to be found and there was no one in the lobby when I arrived(went up broken escalator with suit case and backpack). I had to park my own car even though the directions told me to check in at Valet. The delay caused me to have to take a taxi to the airport. I will never use the double tree service again. Feel free to reimburse me the $10 I paid for the taxi!
