The Airport Inn St. Louis Airport hotel provides safe and affordable airport parking for your vehicle while you travel out of the STL airport. Conveniently located on the south side of the airport off of Interstate 70, less than 1 mile from the terminals. Free shuttle service from 5:10am-11pm Upon Request is included with your parking reservation. From the hotel to the airport the shuttle runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Return shuttle service is upon request. Reservations must be made online in advance to take advantage of this internet only special parking rate. Address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation.

The Shuttle service going to the airport was acceptable, however, on our return to the airport the shuttle was not running. We returned at about 4:00 PM on Sunday afternoon. When I called the Econolodge I was told to take a taxi to the motel and that I would be paid for the taxi fair. We did get paid for the taxi but will never use this service again. The chance of not having a shuttle service is just not acceptable.

We were very happy with the service we received. The driver and the young lady at the desk were wonderful.If all your staff are as friendly as these two young people, your company is very good.We will use you service again because of the service. This experience ended BADLY!On our return, the hotel receptionist gave the wrong location for pickup. We waited in the scorching heat for 30 minutes. She called back to report the error, but because we were downstairs in the garage, the call did not come through. When we finally went up to call again, she said that the driver had passed by twice and then went home for the day (6 pm). She said we would have to take a cab to pick up our car, did not apologize & refused to cover the cab fare. $11!

Communication was hard since the hotel attendant was foreign and could not speak good english. Lax assistance in helping unload and load my luggage. Disappointed. Also, their system of putting a piece of paper ON THE DASH OF YOUR car with your departure & return dates along with your NAME so all could see is absurb. Great way to get your car stolen.

The confirmation clearly stated 24 hour service, how ever once I arrived at the hotel I was informed that service is between 5am and 11pm only. This was a very frustrating since my flight was due to arrive at 11:34pm. I showed the associate the confirmation however he just stated that the website was wrong and there was nothing her could do. I ask for a manager to contact and he said it was him. I had to take a taxi...

The staff was the best part of our experience. The facility was dated and slightly difficult to find. However, we were pleased with our overall experience.

There was no shuttle service. The office manager had to take me in his own car. A fellow worker had to ride along to give directions to the airport. When I returned I called for a pick-up at the airport. I was called back with instructions to take a cab to the motel and they would pay for it. I did not see a cab at that moment, but fortunately saw some friends who gave me a ride. I was not happy with this whole situation coming and going.

The arrival was uneventful. The return was NOT! When I called in, I was informed to call back in 5 minutes to see IF a driver could be found OR to take a Taxi to the Econolodge to be re-imboursed upon arrival. Taxi's don't take people for they waited along time to take someone on a much longer trip into St. Louis. I ended up walking to the hotel; which was a hike. NOT a smooth transaction!

Hello, This will be our last time, ...we almost missed out flight. First of all, 24 hour shuttle service and guy way sound asleep? Not good. Next , the place changed its name to Economy Lodge from St Louis Airport Inn???? SO...we are driving with YOUR directions given ...and could not find place to drop off car?? We finally found it...1/2 hour later.......Some guy named DAVE was there woke up some dude and drove is there. We missed our flight...Money back please??

The van that took us to the airport was filthy and hot. The driver that picked us up had his shoes on the floor in the back seat and he didn't know how to get to the hotel. He used his I Phone as a Navigation system and still got lost.

We only ended up leaving our car there for about 13 hours instead of 6 days. The airport was hit by a tornado so our flights were cancelled leaving us with no option but to drive. We tried multiple times to call the Econolodge to come get us so we could pick up our car and no one would ever answer the phone. We finally ended up begging for a ride from our hotel shuttle driver so we could pick up our car and drive after being stuck at the airport for many hours. I will never use this service

This experience was amazing and we will definitely be using this place again!!! It has never been this easy getting to and from the airport. There was no wait at all. We arrived, parked and the gentleman put our bags in the van. He then took us to the airport and dropped us off. It maybe took a total of 10 minutes. Then when we landed we called and he got to the pickup spot right after we did. He dropped us off right next to our vehicle and we were on our way. This took even less time. Amazing!

When I arrived I received good care and got parked in back lot and taken to airport promptly, so this was good service. However, when I returned at 10:30 at night and called to be picked up, attendant at hotel kept hanging up. I did not get picked up and had to pay to get a ride back to my car from the airport, which was 11:30 p.m. before I got only 2 miles away from airport to get my car. This was unacceptable! I will never use Econolodge to park my car again. Please cancel your affiliation.

I was actually very pleased. Reasonable price, good service and close to the airport.I will recommend it to others. The difficulty finding the lot was as much my fault as it's location. Next time will be easy.

Paid for parking at Airport Inn and expected to find it not a junky Indian owned Econolodge with limited parking,people who speak limited English and piling 6 people in a MINIVAN with no room for luggage and then waiting 0ver 45 minutes to be picked up after being lied to by someone on the other end you could barely understand about the guys already on the way... I guess you get what you pay for and your selling junk,will not recommend to anyone we know who flys to St.Louis..

Way out of the way location and the shuttle was the owners mini van. Pay a little more and go to a different lot.
