Located on Natural Bridge road less than 1 mile from the entrance of Lambert St. Louis International Airport. We provide safe and affordable airport parking with FREE shuttle service to and from the airport! Shuttles run every 30 minutes on the :15 and :45 of the hour. When you make reservation you will have a phone number to call 24 hours before you park to schedule your shuttle pick-up. Reservations must be made online in order to take advantage of this internet-only special parking rate. Address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation.

Doubt we will use the Quality Inn STL for parking in the future. On arrival at the Inn the woman at the counter was extremely negative almost to the point of being rude. The number given to call for the pickup was incorrect.

Very near to airport, shuttle was at door when I reach there and it took me to airport within 5 minutes. While coming back I called them for shuttle from baggage belt and it took them another 10 minutes to reach at exit 18. Trip was very convenient.

The attendants acted like they could care less if you parked there. The shuttle vans were in poor condition. On our return I called the number on the return instructions, the person on the other end stated the shuttle would be there shortly. one hour later we had to get a shuttle from a different hotel. worst experience ever. never use this hotel parking..

The shuttle service was great when I went to the airport after parking my car. However, the pickup from the airport was nearly an hour. I have written a full description in a separate email. Hard to give one rating covering both shuttle trips.

Staff at Quality Inn very friendly and helpful. Will use the service again. Felt very safe. My vehicle was parked there and there were no problems.

The gentleman that picked us up was very kind and courteous. The only suggestion would be to publish the shuttle phone number in the emails I received. Great parking option!

The shuttle to the airport was fine. The problem was when I got back into town at 10:59 pm I still had a two and a half hour drive home. I called the Quality Inn at 11:42 pm (hotel I stayed at & had my car at) & she said someone would be on their way soon. I waited in 30 f weather for 40 minutes & still no one came. I called more times & apparently the shuttle driver "forgot". The hilton shuttle ended up giving me a lift to my car for free. 40 MINUTES & 3 calls and he "forgot". Horrible service

Although most the the provided responses are positive there was a very poor experience at the Quality Inn. There were 0 open spots, the hotel clerk told me "to bad, contact GAP yourself, and go pay for parking if you want to make your flight". I had to scramble and ultimately the Shuttle Driver had me park on a grass island half in the parking lot half off for the nine day trip. The hotel clerk was incredibly rude (Dec 23 @ 0400 and there should have been an open slot reserved for me.
