Was my first time. Both drivers prompt and gave good instructions on where to go both at the airport and when I was on my way after.

Transfer to airport went well and they were prompt.
We had to call 3 times for a pick-up from the airport. We were told they would be there in 15 minutes at 7:05pm they finally arrived at 7:58pm. No apology or reason for delay. First time user and very disappointed with the airport pick-up part of the service. Will use another parking company in the future.

First time I ever used this type of service, I don't know about other providers, but they did a great job. Amazing personnel, waiting time at drop off/pick up time less than 15 min and no damages to my car!

nice people, but extra 15 minute delay, beyond the promised/expected 15 minute delay not exactly what we wanted at end of trip.

It took the shuttle one hour to arrive. It's onot a 5-10 minute trip so this was a hard delay to understand. After already having a major flight delay today it was a really poor way to end our trip.

The drive to the airport was excellent - timely, courteous, etc. Upon return and looked at my car -someone hit the passenger rear bumper.
The driver who picked me up from the airport was not as friendly nor as courteous the driver for drop off at the airport.
The questionnaire should be split for the going and return trip.
This questionnaire asks two individuals to be rated simultaneously. The rating is unfair for the exceptional and anything less.

Long delay on return. Driver was frazzled, not her fault. Not enough equipment to handle volume.
