From the hotel to the airport it runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Return shuttle is on demand meaning we are just a phone call away from picking you up. Reservations must be made online in advance, Address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation.

The staff was not very attentive with getting another shuttle bus. I waited approximately 30-40 minutes. I was charged more than I was quoted.

With a 24/7 operation you'll always find them available no matter what time you land. While you wait in the hotel for the on hour/half hour departure, relax with some coffee. A phone call when you have your luggage at the airport will have them there promptly. I do recommend their service and it's at a good price too.

3AM on 12/19/16: Over night counter help very rude. I called prior to arriving informing that i did not have a printer. I was told it was ok. Upon arrival, i showed my email confirmation from my phone. She looked at it pulled up my reservation in computer, then changed. She needed the paper reservation, its states that when you reserved, can't you read that, etc, gave me key to business center knowing it did not work. it was funny to her. I wear boot on leg. It took the shuttle almost 20 minutes to get the airport. The police officer on duty came over and asked if I was ok. Stated the shuttle should not take this long. That if I needed they would call for me.

The only issue I had was that I called the hotel twice and waited for 45 minutes from the time of my first call before the shuttle arrived at the airport. This seemed a bit long considering the hotel was less than two miles from the airport. As for the shuttle drivers, they were very friendly and helpful.

The trip out of San Antonio went well, the hotel was easy to locate and there were ample parking places, the shuttle driver taking us to the airport was prompt and nice. Our return was a nightmare, after 7 telephone calls to the Doubletree shuttle service, we had to take a taxi cab to the Doubletree to get our car back. The taxi was after waiting 1.5 hours for the shuttle. The persons I spoke to during the 1.5 hrs continued to lie to me until my last call by saying the driver was 3 min away.

Both ways the drivers were very helpful and courteous. While I was waiting for the driver to take me to the airport I was offered coffee and the lounge was very comfortable. I am using them again in 3 weeks and will continue to do so in the future. The main reason I started using them was the fact that they run a 24/7 service. Last August I landed just after 1 am and the lot where I usually parked closed at midnight! Not helpful when they must be aware that aircraft are delayed.
