The shuttle van we were on to and from the airport, the seats were broken down and the air conditioner did not work.

I was extremely disappointed with this parking service. The website allows you to reserve parking for 2 cars under one reservation.when we arrived the attendant said we only reserved one space. When I showed him the paper work that had 2 names on it he became argumentative and said no. He tried arguing for another 15 minutes. We tried to then ask if their was room and took another 10 minutes to figure that out.upon return the pink claim ticket had wrong pick up place plus took 30 min. Not 5-15

I was very pleased with the parking of my vehicle during the time I left my car. Everyone was so courtesy and willing to help in any way they could help. While I was away, I felt my car was secure because of the reassurance I received after I told the driver who dropped me off at the airport I forgot to lock my car. Upon my arrival my car was as if I had left it in my own garage. You have a very satisfied customer who have found a place to leave my car with peace. Thank you for your service

When we arrived back from our trip, the driver took us to a different lot than the one where our car was. When we got that straightened out, we went to leave and did not have the paperwork that they needed to check us out. Apparently the customer is responsible for keeping track of the reservation, not the parking service. The attendant had to call the manager, who took some time to get there, and then he couldn't locate our record either. We finally settled for what I thought we owed.

Not the usual lot we stay at as the web page for our usual place was not working. When we arrived in the morning the attendant said the shuttle driver was advised and on the way. He ended up getting in a van and taking us. The waiting area was a little shed built in a building and was dirty and cold. The return shuttle driver was great and friendly.

I never have to wait more than a couple minutes for the shuttle and its a friendly ride. I feel safe and my is right there waiting for me. Its not as dusty as at the airport. Thanks

Drop off and shuttle to airport was excellent.
Pickup and return was a little slow. Waited 20 minutes for pickup after calling.
Finding the site in the dark was hard. Street address and business name I had from online reservation didn't match where we ended up but attendant had our info.

Price was great. I think you could use another 1 or 2 employees, though so the driver doesn't have to hit both locations, and handle the billing as well....
We'll definitely use you again.

We did not use the shuttle service, and would like a refund of our deposit. When we arrived, there was nobody there. Someone did show up, but he was driving the van for Matrix Casino employees and could not take us. He called the shuttle several times and told us it was next door, but it wasn't. After 25 minutes, we gave up and drove ourselves to the airport and parked in long term parking. This company is primarily a shuttle service for the casino employees, and airport runs are secondary.

Overall was a pretty good experience. However, upon leaving, it took the attendant about 20 minutes to get me checked out and ended up overcharging me. So now I have to make contact to them to ensure that I get my refund. It was not the way I expected to end my trip.

The van was pretty old and I'm not so sure all the seatbelts were in working condition. Other than that the attendents were courteous and reasonably timely.
