Residence Inn Sarasota Airport is located on the South side of University Parkwway just 0.2 miles East of the entrance to the airport. We provide safe and affordable airport parking with FREE shuttle service to and from the airport! Our shuttle hours are 7:00AM-11:00PM upon request. Reservations must be made online in order to take advantage of this internet-only special parking rate. Address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation.

I had a great shuttle to the airport, but when I phoned to be picked up, was told the shuttle was not working, at 6:30 on Friday evening! It was close enough I would have walked, had it not been raining. I was ripped off $10 for a less than one mile taxi ride, and only had a carry-on!

I was happy with the shuttle service. My trip to the airport was fast and the driver very courteous. On my return trip from the airport to the hotel, it took some time for the shuttle to get there-and the directions where to meet the shuttle were vague. I think that's why it took time for the driver to find me. However, the driver was apologetic and friendly. I would definitely use this service again... a big "thank you" to the Residence Marriott/Sarasota Airport hotel and shuttle staff!

We did not know that the pick up at the airport was at the end of the terminal. So we waited in front, called again and waited again until we walked down and saw the shuttle. Otherwise all was excellent.

Returning to SRQ, I did have to wait @15 mins. for the shuttle to pick me up. Otherwise, was a positive experience.

Everything was perfect, except for the shuttle. Actually, we never saw a shuttle: the driver did not show up the morning we left, so the Hotel Manager had to drive us to the airport (it's a very short drive anyway); when we returned, we called for a pick-up, but after waiting for about 20 minutes, the Hotel called the attendant at the Airport Ground Transportation area to tell us to take a taxi because the shuttle was not running that evening. We were reimbursed for the taxi fare by the Hotel.

Parking was fine and the Residence Inn hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Only problem was that the shuttle only operates from 7:00am to 11:00pm and we had an early flight and late return. I hadn't noticed the hours and had to walk to the airport in the morning.

The driver for shuttle in the morning going to the airport was late to work and no apology was offered by the driver. the front desk person was trying to be helpful. i was very close to missing my flight. The shuttle upon return was excellent (different guy). He was very quick coming to pick me up and was very professional. the return shuttle would rate a "excellent". Overall i would use this service again.

Residence Inn at Sarasota airport has always been very good, their people are always super nice and have definitely gone out of their way to assist me in my travels when I was in need, as we all know not all goes according to plan. The service there is appreciated and would recommend, and have done so, using them for this parking service.

Everything about the reservation and stay was easy. Shuttle was actually waiting for me when I arrived back from my trip, with a very nice and attentive driver. Plan to always use Global in the future.

Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport on my return. Three calls to the office Kama told the shuttle was coming. The front desk person was very polite and professional. The shuttle had an issue and never arrived. I took an Uber to the hotel and was reimbursed for the fair.

On our return trip to Sarasota, Our flight was cancelled and we got back at 9:40 pm instead of 2:30 PM, I called the service desk for a pick up and it took over a half an hour for the shuttle to pick us up, needless to say we were quite fatigued from our long traveling day,this only added to our frustration, the next time I fly SRQ I may consider they're long term parking as SRQ's shuttle bus passed us twice during our wait to get picked up, I almost considered getting a taxi recover my car.

Overall the service at Residence Inn was excellent (when returning from my trip). However, when I initially went to Residence Inn, I had to take Uber because the shuttle never showed up and I was concerned about getting to my flight on time. The desk staff were upset and apologized profusely (they were quite nice). I am sure that management talked to the driver(s) about this.
