I do not valet anywhere, and this was sprung on me last minute, so we were off to a bad start, overall nothing happened but my car was in the back of this seedy old motel , yes let your mind wander with the stench of garbage everywhere, my truck was in the back of a dark parking lot not someplace I would send my wife or daughter, it appeared they pressure washed something by my truck as it was covered in "gunk" but otherwise undamaged, I guess if you don't care and need cheap parking

Attendant was not aware that your facility uses Global Airport Parking to reserve the parking and asserted that I did not have a reservation

the driver who took me to the airport was very nice and courteous. the driver who picked me up to bring me back didn't even look where I had told dispatch I was standing, and drove right past me. I waved and ran after him and still he did not stop. I won't park there again

My biggest complaint was that I booked for self-parking. When I got there, they said it was NOT an option due to limited parking spaces. I was very frustrated but had to give in to the valet option which I never avail of in all my travels. I left my car with much anxiety. The only consolation is when I returned to get my car it seemed fine and the speedometer reading was the same as when i left it.

We arrived only to be told the shuttle was full and would have to wait a half hour, so we took Uber at our additional expense. I would not use this again, very poor underwhelming front desk at arrival, on the phone, customers waiting, no valet to direct us. A mess, failure.

At drop off a young lady informed us that they had to park the car, there was no self-park, even though that's what we usually do there. I was informed that I needed to "bring the car back up front out of the lot so they could park it". We were also told that the reservations on the web site are worthless "you need to call us to see what's really going on and available". I found her attitude irritating and combative. We will be back but we will do it differently next time. Good, but....

The clerk could not find my reservation. He had never heard of your service or the fact that a person had paid in full prior to going and parking their car. He honored the deal because the address was correct and the fee that they charge for parking was correct. Perhaps better communication between your companies is needed

I called for pick up from Seatac and was told the driver would leave immediately to pick us up. When he hadn't arrived 1/2 hour later I called back, and was told he had to help someone get a car started, and was now on his way. I understand emergencies, but they need more staff to handle them. My 85 year old mother had to wait outside in 34 degree weather! Not happy.

The shuttle service was slow. We had to wait to get to the airport. On our return we had to call twice. They don't come on a regular basis. Not as good as other services we have used. Probably won't park here again.

i have been double charged once for booking on line then at the front desk the attendant said i was over charged and instead of getting a credit back i got a separate charge upon landing i waited over an hour after calling 3 times for the shuttle then when i got to the lot my car was blocked in and i had to after finding my car in the back corner wait 20 min for the attendant to find the key to the car blocking me in

The drop off was good. When we returned to Sea-Tac Airport, the service was terrible. The driver was not informed by the reception desk that we had called & we waited for 45+ minutes to be picked up & that was only due to my second phone call asking where the shuttle was. The van was filthy & had an old cigarette on the floor. My wife had a condition with severe low back pain & the wait was very hard for her. I would not use your service again or recommend it to anyone else. I expect a refund.
