On your return to Seattle International Airport your return shuttle is on demand which means we are just a phone call away from picking you up. Reservations must be made online in advance. Actually the rating is not poor but hopeless but that option is not available. Despite having a confirmed reservation for 23 December the operator at Knights Inn told me that there was no parking available and basically to get lost. I am still awaiting a response to my request for a refund of the deposit paid with the reservation. Suffice to say that i will never again use this service and I'll tell others of my experience.

Area of parking lot was only negative - concerns of theft or damage in exposed parking lot near questionable neighborhood. However, all was well when we picked up car. Motel lobby floors were slippery (wet) and I almost fell even though I am in excellent physical shape - needed signage.

It was the middle of the night and the driver was very pleasant! Made for a nice experience. Would recommend and use them again.

Truly the worst experience I have ever had.Waited almost an hour at the airport after calling three times.Nothing like topping of a five hour flight waiting on someone who apparently had better things to do.

Our 11 am arrival made for a quick and easy shuttle to the airport. Friendly attendants. Getting phone contact with them upon return didn't occur, but right then, their shuttle trundled by. No problems during this daytime parking use!

A very pleasurable experience using the Knights Inn. Pick up service was very quick even though we arrived at midnight. We were very satisfied and will come back again.

We arrived 3:50 am and were told we would have to wait as he had two other people that needed to get to the airport and the van was not big enough to handle 6 of us. They only operate a Nissan minivan. (barely big enough for the four of us and our luggage) so after waiting 20 min for him to return we made it to our gate. Overall it worked ok. If you have more than 4 people and 4 suitcases choose another lot. driver was prompt when we called for pickup.

I got refused by the Sea-Tac Airport Value Parking, when I drove to there, I was told there was no place for me even I have reservation from global airport parking, I felt very disappointed by that, when I called the customer manager of GAPP she helped me to transfer to another cheaper and better parking, knight inn , really good ! Next time you should try!
