Shuttle from lot to airport was prompt, but pickup at airport for return to lot was delayed. Waited for more than 20 min.

Upon return I walked to the pickup location, called the number, put my info in and turned around to see the shuttle already sitting right behind me. Perfect timing! Excellent service. Will definitely use this service again!

Here is my experience and you the reader be the judge; the parking lot was advertised as 0.9 miles to the airport. The actual distance to the airport is at least 3 miles and about 10 minutes or less drive.
When I called to be picked up at the airport upon my return it took at least 25 minutes til I was picked up. By the time I exited the parking the attendant said I was 15 minutes late exiting and was surcharged $5. None of this was mentioned in the parking ad.
I wouldnt park there again.

Have never booked parking this way, thru Global, and was 100% happy with experience. The Park and Jet lot was as good or better than any of the lots closer to the airport. The staff were very friendly, we felt the lot was secure, and the price was well below the "other" lots. Will recommend this to friends and use again when we need parking at the airport.

While all went well, the shuttle driver left me at the stop near the office and never said that he would take me to my car. I ultimately had to walk the distance from the office area to my car at K73 a good walk with luggage and being 70 years old. He never said a word even though he had my ticket that had the parking spot written on it. Otherwise I have no complaints

We clearly reserved lot 2 as was printed on the reservation and it showed in lot 1 in your system. This was quickly remedied when she assured me it was okay, they had room but with our flight time rapidly approaching it caused some anxiety.
It seems your software needs to be updated.

It was easy to find. The attendant and drivers were very courteous. We didn't have to wait either getting to the airport or getting back from the airport. Overall a great experience.

Waited for the shuttle for 40 minutes plus. We had at least 3 shuttles pass us without stopping because they were full, not a good welcome back. Finally got to the lot where my truck had been running for at least 30 minutes, in the rain, with the drivers side window down and running. Not a very good experience

This is a self-parking lot, which I prefer - I get to keep the keys. When I parked my car, the shuttle bus picked me up in about 5 minutes. When I returned from my trip, contacting them on their automated system was quick and easy - just enter the number on your parking tag, tell them which shuttle bus island you're waiting at, and they're on their way. It was about a 10 minute wait for the return trip, mainly because there were several other people to pick up first. Highly recommend.

All was fine but the shuttle ride to and from the airport. Driver going to fast and passengers were thrown around. Where are the seat belts? Belts in that small shuttle is needed for safety concerns.

I used self-park for 10 days parking. Line up to get into the parking lot in the early morning. Shuttle came to your parking spot to pick you up. Return shuttle need to wait about 10-15 min (Sunday early afternoon), but no complain after all. Will use again net time.

We waited for a half hour or more before the shuttle arrived. In that time we saw dozens of MasterPark shuttles. Think we'll use MasterPark next time.

Directions to lot confusing and not clear. Needed GPS to navigate to lot. When checking in, assigned parking space was already occupied. After speaking with staff back at the window, we were assigned another spot but it was occupied too. We parked in empty spot, at direction of the driver, who said he had updated our information in the computer. When returning, driver took us to wrong spot. We had to haul six 50 pound boxes across the parking aisle for loading on our return. Fair experience
