I was charged more at the hotel than the online quoted price when I dropped off the car. The front desk attendant stated this was an "additional airport fee" and didn't offer additional clarification. Otherwise things seemed fine. An easy valet system where you leave your key, no problem noted with the parking, but Probably wouldn't park here again based on the additional unadvertised charges.

It seemed like they had no idea how to provide this service. I didn't feel confident that my vehicle would be well cared for or that service would be prompt.

The shuttle drivers were both excellent, friendly, and attentive. I was a little frustrated with the front desk gentleman but all in all I think it was a good being to my vacation experience.
The shuttle took quite a time to get to the airport but I suspect it was due more to xmas traffic than a regular thing.
And the price was the best I found anywhere

The hotel reception did not expect us when we arrived to park. She said that they do not receive any paperwork from Global Parking.
When we returned, we waited nearly 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. We had to call twice. Other parking shuttle companies had come and gone more than 10 times while we waited.

The price on the Global Airport Parking receipt wasn't respected, the Motor Inn owner gave me some story about taxes not being included in the stated rate.
When picking up my car, I called for the shuttle and was told to call back when I was outside as opposed to being told where to go (when I called back, I was told I was in the wrong place).
The service was fine, but I wasn't impressed with the people I had to deal with aside from the shuttle driver.

People all very nice. Van wasn't very clean. My car looked fine at the end of the experience. Felt like it wasn't "bargain" parking. In fact, should have waited to park because would have had a better rate.

We had to wait 25 minutes to be picked up at the airport.
Everything else about the experience was fine. The people are really nice.

SeaTac Crest Motor Inn is a very handy location for us, the rates are competitive, and the shuttle service is very good. When I called for a pick up at the airport, the shuttle was there without delay, and my car was parked up front at their parking lot for easy loading and departure.

Will never use this service again. I arrived at SeaTac about 10 PM, a quiet time, not much happening. It took the shuttle 44 minutes to pick me up. I called when I had collected my luggage. Then at the 30 minute mark I called a second time. I asked why driver why it took so long. "It is very busy." Well, that wasn't true at the airport. Plus...this lot is half a mile away. Which is close.

I have nothing but good words for the parking service at Crest/Global. The driver waited for a several minutes for me to check in my car. The pick up was just as convenient. Driver was helpful and courteous. Would definitely use again.
