I've parked here many times, but will never do so again.They used to send a shuttle immediately, now they only run every half hour, and they only run if someone is going to the airport.So,if you call for a ride from the airport but no one happens to be going to the airport that half hour, you have to wait more than half an hour for the next one.I brought this up with the driver and he was very rude and unhelpful.Can't have it both ways; either pickup on demand, or run every half hour regardless.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. On arrival the hotel staff were unaware of reservation and could not find us on the system. I still had $45 to pay and they would not take payment either by cash or card, but kept my key for security.
When we returned the service went from bad to worse. The hotel staff could not find my car keys. The staff were extremely incompetent and rude. Finally they found the keys after 1 hour then made me pay cash which I had to go an ATM to get.

Even after showing the printed documents of partial payments made online I was charged in full. Took me more than 30mins to explain. Shuttle was late. It was just horrible. Will never use this again! But I would like my money back!

The whole reservation thing was a mess.ill pay the extra at the airport from now on. Convenience should be cheaper...not a few bucks cheaper. The hidden costs suck

Shuttle said it was on demand from the description and then when I arrived they said it wouldn't leave for another 20 minutes which would have caused me to lose my flight. I ended up having to call an uber to make it to the airport on tine

Arrived to park. Regular person at front desk was not there. Nobody knew where she was. Person covering did not know what to do. Consequently I did not get a dashboard ticket. Returning tonight. Hope my car is still there.

The attendants were helpful and courteous. The travel lodge motel front desk felt like it was falling apart and gave one no confidence. Plus we had to refill out info we had done online.
When we returned the seatbelt in the van had disappeared, but otherwise the driver was prompt and attentive.
The price was fair!

This place doesn't offer the better parking space or a fancy shuttle, but they get the job done and I prefer to save some bucks, they prices are really good. The good thing about this is that usually I get the shuttle to the airport on demand and I don't need to wait for an already schedule one.

The driver to the airport and the one coming back didn't even speak to us. The parking was minimal and we felt uncomfortable leaving our vehicle.

The service was efficient. My biggest concern, though, was that the attendant insisted in taking a photocopy of my driver's license. In an era of identity theft this concerned me. Since she already had my credit card information and my car license information, insisting on a photocopy of my driver's license on top of that seemed way for the top for 1 day of parking in a public parking lot.

Self park, keep keys with you, will lit parking area in view of motel front desk. Professional, safe, and courteous shuttle drivers. Shuttle itself, however, old, tired, and tattered.

Everything was great except when I used the courtesy phone to let the motel know that I was ready to be picked up at the airport. I called twice and both times the phone rang and rang endlessly. I finally called the landline and the desk person said she did not answer the courtesy phone because she was on the other line. I found that to be a little annoying. Would she ever have answered the courtesy phone?

The interior of the van is in terrible shape but the wait time for it was very short and the location at the Travelodge is really good. The clerk was quick to release our vehicle and friendly as well. Above all, the price was right.
