Waited about 30 minutes for the shuttle to go to the airport. Allowed plenty of tome so it was not a big issue. From the airport to the hotel we arrived after 8pm(about 20 minutes and had to take a taxi(9.90 fare) which was a bit annoying and was a surprise since the other parking services had later times. People were generally nice.

Total waste no pickup after 8pm. Four flights landed as we did. On a Friday night besides. Our original driver told us call when we land at 9pm as he knew from our conversation that's when we were arriving. We told man at desk flight back left Syracuse at 9pm no alert. Of course he seemed non professional for the whole signing. I had confirmation as I booked online. Btw global doesn't have an 8 to 8 notice either. Can is 7.20 not counting tip. Won't use again an will advise others not to use.

This is one of the best alternatives to parking at the airport. It is cheaper and in a safe parking lot. There are other hotel options but the Holiday Inn parking lot appeared to be my best option.

When I checked in to leave my car, I was advised that the shuttle could not pick me up after 8:00pm and I would need to take a cab to get back to the hotel. She also said that many, many people were disappointed and the web site was very confusing. It cost me $10.00 to get back to the hotel upon returning. I am not happy!

We called the front desk when we arrived at PIE and proceeded to the area the driver told us about when he dropped us off. Thanks for that information.There were several other people waiting and you could tell they were upset. One couple said they stayed with another hotel with parking and had been waiting for 1 1/2 hours. We waited 5 minutes. We will stay with you again and will pass along the good service.

Called for shuttle service and the they said it would be atleast 45 minutes until the shuttle would arrive.
I took a cab that cost me $10.00
I will use the Quality Inn who I used before. I would have used them
this time but the lot was full.
It is a shame that the Holiday Inn Express has poor service like this.
I have been a Priority Club Member for over 25 years and use their
Hotel chain exclusively.

I would have never made arrangements to stay in this lot if I knew that they don't run the shuttle after 8:00 p.m. I called to ask where the shuttle stopped and what time it would be there and that is when I found out about the cut off time.
After paying an additional cost for a taxi, I could have used Uber or some other service to get back and forth from the airport.
I would not recommend this service to anyone.
