Worst possible experience as their is no 24hr service and the number listed to call on voicemail is the WRONG number. No one called us back and we had to sleep in the airport until 4AM. Van and office smelled of pot and air fresheners used to cover up. We found our car was also parked outside and not secured. No one called us back despite leaving messages and attendant had no idea we had been stranded in airport all night. DO NOT USE THEM EVER. NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS.

When I arrived to park there were people in the office; by the time I arrived at the office with my luggage, there was no one there, the office was locked and I was left to wait outside in 18 degree temperatures. When the man arrived back, he dropped me not at the airport but at the rental car building with a very long walk to the airport. I was not aware that this was an arrangement different from parking at Comfort Inn. Will not do it again

My "constructive criticism" would be that I did not know you no longer provided shuttle service to and from the gate until I got there. Having to haul bags across the Skywalk was not anticipated or appreciated.

Very good value. It is great to return from a trip and get picked up within a few minutes after calling and find your car running, warm
and ready to go right near the exit of the parking lot. Will use again and again.

It was all very simple. they had our car ready when we arrived at 10PM. I was impressed that they were so organized.

Voice mail answered when I called shuttle. I walked from airport to parking lot.
Lot needs better signage; it's hard to find.
Attendant fine; he had picked up two passengers which accounted for no phone response. My car was waiting when he got back.

I was a bit skeptical at first..this was the only option, the other was booked. Must say it was fine, especially when returning there were other customers waiting with me and they all said they did not have a problem. All in all this served our purpose very well. The attendants were very polite and did their job well. No, the office etc. was not "eye appealing" and looked "closed"...in the end Global worked out well. Wish you had some kind of sign in the area so others know to call you. TX

After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit skeptical after making the reservation. I was, however, pleasantly surprised. Being dropped off and picked up at the skywalk was not bad. It was heated and there was a moving walkway. My car was running when I returned and a receipt was ready. There was only one person on when I arrived at 4:30 AM 3 days before Christmas but there were no long lines waiting.

We got there and was told the lot was full. Would not accept our reservation.. had to catch a plane. will not trust this site again.

This lot costs a couple of dollars a day more than other lots but only takes you to the airport parking lot. You have to then walk all the way to the airport via the enclosed walkway. For this major inconvenience it should be cheaper than the other lots not more. Definitely not using it again

Excellent overall except I was disappointed that the shuttle did not take me to nor pick me up from the airport. Had to walk all the way across the sky walk.

lot was only 1 mile from the skywalk. Drivers were courteous, timely, and price was reasonable for a week.

The number given upon return for shuttle pickup was not working. Thank goodness your driver was aware of the difficulty and remained outside waiting for anyone who needed a ride. Please note this was at 11:30 PM.

This is the third time I've used this service. Always great. Except this time I noticed a scratch on my bumper. I called about it, but the agent said I should've called earlier. My flight got in at 1130pm October 17. Didn't really notice it until the 19th. I never used my car on the 18th

I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. HAD USED THE LOT BEFORE AND HAD SERVICE TO AIRLINE. THIS TIME A SERVICE CHARGE WAS ADDED & I HAD LESS SERVICE. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE WALKING THE SKYWALK AT MIDNIGHT BEING A SINGLE FEMALE, THERE WAS NO MARKING ON THE VAN FOR ME TO TELL IT WAS FROM BEST VALUE, THEN MY CAR HAPPENED TO BE IN THE OTHER LOT & THE DRIVER PULLED UP MY CAR & LEFT ME ALONE TO LOAD MY CAR IN A VERY UNSAFE SPOT.WILL NOT USE OR RECOMMEND IT, LIKE I HAD BEFORE.
