COMPLETLY UNSATISFACTORY The confirmation that you sent to me gave the address as 163 CARNLINGVIEW DR. After going there checking with three local busineses, making three phone calls and wasting 1 1/2 hours I was able to locate your lot SEVERAL MILES AWAY at 250 BELFIELD ROAD. If I had been catching a plane at that time I would probably have missed it.
Sending out such inaccurate info-INEXCUSABLE
I have two more trips planned DO YOU THINK THAT I WILL USE GLOBAL AGAIN ???

The address that we were sent to was an Enterprize car rental place. I asked the person if this was the correct address and he stated that the Carlingview address was correct and they had been there for over a year. I call the number of the parking place(which was on my registration)and they said they had moved. I went to this address and found out that they did not have my registration. I paid for this in June and arrived August 1st. I had to park in another parking lot at three time the cost.

The parking lot was not easy to find at all. It was an enterprise car rental parking lot with no mention of the Carlingview YYZ. There was no room left in the parking lot and we were forced to park in a no parking area, leaving it to be a one lane driveway. We were very frustrated and scared to see if our truck was still going to be there when we came back. I will not book at this location again.
The only positive was the friendly shuttle driver because the enterprise staff were no help at all

The attendant that picked us up upon our arrival from the airport was extremely rude. He told my husband to "put the shit in the back." Referring to our luggage. He sat in the car and talked on the phone to someone (didn't bother to help load up the luggage). He rudely told my husband that I needed to "hurry up." I stayed inside with my 2 month old until the car was loaded and his car seat base was installed as its too cold to wait outside with an infant. We will not use this service again!

Just used the parking service. Shuttle service was satisfactory - about a 10 minute wait on the return. Good value.

My trip was during January. I ended up having to wait at the parking lot for over an hour for the shuttle. Upon my return I ended up waiting for an hour and a half for pickup by the shuttle./ not a pleasant experience during winter standing out in the cold for service that's supposed to be every half hour.

Directions to the parking lot are incorrect when approaching from the south. People in the office at Enterprize car rental showed little interest in providing instruction on where to park.

Bad experience with bus coming back. They didn't know what they are doing. Waiting hour to be pick up.

The driver that picked my wife and I up on 1/08/15 was terrible. He came into the parking lot, honking his horn, flashing his lights. I was sitting in my car with my lights on, as instructed. He never got out to help with the luggage, and was very rude.
On the other hand the driver that picked us up 1/18/15 was very courteous, helped with the bags, and very pleasant.

The initial parking lot at Enterprise was full so we had to park at the Person Hotel. It delayed us getting to airport. But once at the hotel the service was good.

Had to wait an hour for the shuttle in both directions after being told numerous times that it "would be there in 5 minutes." The phone number that you dial either has no idea where the shuttle is or is completely lying to the customers. All customers on the shuttles were complaining to the driver. Will be going with a different lot next time.

Very good value. Quick and easy. The 12 am pick-up could have been smoother if we could read the sign on the window letting us know who the driver was representing.

ON OUR DEPRTURE WERE WE TOLD 15-20 MINS FOR PICK UP AT THE LOT. 34 MINS LATER THE DRIVER ARRIVED. I HAD TO CALL A SECOND TIME.
UPON ARRIVAL ...LATE PICKING US UP AT THE AIRPORT. WE WERE TOLD 15-20 MINS... THE DRIVER ARRIVED 35 MINS LATER.

A horrible experience. We didn't realise this wasn't a secure lot - the gates were open all the time and no security was present. The arrangements to get to and from the airport with the shuttle were complicated and we had to wait in our car in the lot to be picked up. Upon arriving back the driver wanted us to switch vans in the middle of the trip before dropping us off with our luggage - ridiculous at anytime but at 2:30 am in cold weather it was too much. Never use this parking vendor again

The driver picked up 5 people and missed me without asking! No sign on the shuttle. The guy who told me on the phone said 5~10minutes wait!Actually I had been waiting in the cold in the early morning from 5:23~6:30am! I will never park the same location next time!

I did not read well the reservation details and missed the note to look for Enterprise so I struggled to find where the parking lot was. Shuttle was prompt taking us to the airport but not very much so when it picked us up from the terminal when we got back and it was very very cold.

I know this is not the review that You are looking for, but here goes.
On arrival at Carlingview, it took three phone calls
to the attendant so we can find number 163..NO SUCH NUMBER Indicated. He was hard to understand in the first place and the instructions we received was keep going on left... not much help. Stopped off at Hooters # 171 Carlingview, also found # 151, figured it was in between. It was the Enterprise Parking lot, who would have guessed. 30 min. wait in the cold for pickup

Poor service upon my arrival home on January 3rd. At 12 midnight it took me 10 minutes to get hold of the operator because the phone was busy. Finally when I speak with the operator, she neglected to tell me, it's the Pearson Hotel shuttle I needed to take. When I call back the second time, the phone is busy again. Due to the VERY poor customer service I experienced,this will be first and last time I use your company again.

Waited 30 minutes for the shuttle service on departure. On arrival the shuttle came, but was not easily identifiable, - no markings - the driver did not announce the shuttles location. When asked only provided name of a hotel. one hour in inclement weather is not what I paid for, other shuttle services run at least twice as fast.

We had to wait almost an hour both ways for your shuttle to pick us up. We called several times and the person kept saying the driver would be there in 10 minutes. We complained to our return driver about the wait and he said he came as soon as he was called and that he could have been there much sooner if he would have known. This is a very poorly run service and we will NEVER USE IT AGIAN.

45 minute wait for the shuttle from a lot that is less than 5 minutes away from the terminal is unacceptable.
