it was a good experience. Global airport parking is a very good way ....when you away from Toronto, I will strongly recommend...and will continue use this service once I need it.

I found this park and fly online and it was one of the most reasonably priced. I booked it online and everything was great. They gave me good directions, they were on time and delivered me right to my car upon returning to Toronto. We will definitely use this service again.

Misleading information on web site. Promised shattle to airport as per request, actually shuttle runs only once per hour. Almost missed my flight.

We originally drove to the wrong lot location ( another Quality Inn ) . This placed us in a difficult situation of now being late for our check in. Other then that, all went quite smoothly.

Was approximately 25 minutes from call to shuttle arrival when I returned to Pearson, acceptable in my opinion... no hassles, which I appreciated...

The only issue I had was the shuttle only operates every hour. Had to wait for 35 minutes when I returned to the airport. Other then that it was good. Shuttle was on time coming and going.

Prompt friendly service! Due to a flight cancellation we arrived late at night, not early that morning as planned. Driver came to pick us up immediately. Didn't need to pay more for the extra hours. Very close to the airport. Great price. I highly recommend this parking option.

Shuttle going to the airport was on time..but that was 1st thing in the morning..but returning home the shuttle took 45 mins to arrive..we called 4 times asking where the shuttle is and the receptionist response was "he'll be there soon ...he's on his way" when he finally arrived no apologizes for being late..nothing..very smug..
I've used this hotel shuttle 3 times now and had issues 2 outta 3 times..NEVER AGAIN!!

Should state in the literature that a call is necessary to hotel 24 hours prior to leaving.

W e were very disappointed in the service. Firstly the name of the hotel advertised had changed. It was advertised as being close to the airport when in fact it took 15 minutes. When we called the night before we were told the shuttle only runs on the hour in the morning . Our flight left after 8 so we had to take the 6:00 shuttle. On the way back we called the hotel and they said it would be 20 minutes. It ended up being 1/2 an hour. After travelling it was not appreciated. It took 3 calls .

Agent at the desk had no idea about the Global Parking service until I showed the written confirmation.
Shuttle back to the hotel on arrival was a nightmare. The attendant was taking as many passenger as possible not to take a second trip back to the airport. It didn't feel safe at all.
I know for a fact that I will not be booking this hotel again.

DONT KNOW WHY ATTANDENT ASKED ME TO PARK IN THE DUSTY BACK LOT WHEN FROPNT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY,AND MY CAR WAS COVERED WITH DUST UPON MYRETURN. SGUTTLE DRIVER UPON WAS RETURN AND VERY RUDE, HE REFUSED TO DROP ME IN FRONT OF CAR EVEN THOUGH HE DROVE BY THAT AREA AND DROPPED ME FAR AWAY FROM THE CAR AND I WAS THE ONLY PASESNGER TO GET OFF THE SHUTTLE. HIS EXCUSE WAS THAT HE WAS TOO BUSY..THAT'S VERY POOR CUSROMER SERVICE FOR A BRAND NAME HOTEL
