I did not utilize the shuttle service.
The parking area seemed to be very safe and my vehicle had not been tampered with upon my return.
I WILL use this parking area again.

I was a bit confused with regard to who to contact for pickup from the airport. Hotel desk clerk gave me one set of instructions and the driver from hotel to airport gave me a second set of instructions. Upon arrival at the airport I followed desk clerk's instructions and everything went very smoothly.

Since there was no shuttle service provided when I parked I had to walk (with luggage) to the airport.
There was service available on my return. That still makes a pretty poor average!
A reputable operation would make some adjustment but I'm not holding my breath.
