Shuttle service good going to airport, but shuttle telephone number for pick up was not working. Telephone appeared to be ringing, but it was not ringing at the hotel. This, I am sure, would not be an every day occurrance. Had to take taxi back to hotel. Seat belts in shuttle did not work.

We had a problem finding the ground pickup. Once we did, the driver was there and he was very courteous..

Both trips, the seat belt was broken. We moved seats to find one working.
On return trip, the driver ignored detour sign, ignored police officer in car, rode over the curb to get on ramp to drive the normal route. Police officer caught up and told him he had to back down the ramp. Quite a confrontation. Driver could not back up safely, almost hit the guardrail twice. Our safety was definitely jeopardized. Once asphalt grinder was able to move, concerned worker let us go forward.

Driver was at the airport within 5 minutes of my calling for pick-up, very courteous. I have used this service many times and plan on to continue to use them as they meet all my needs for gettig into and out of Dulles Airport.

Shuttle to the airport left every hour on the hour, so we had to get there a EXTRA 30 minutes early to have enough time at the airport.

I didn't put a rating for the first two questions because it varied. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and courteous.
The return was a bit of a different story. The young lady at the hotel only told us to "go to 2H". Honestly, I thought she was referring to the hotel, go to 2H at the hotel to get the shuttle to the airport. The next morning when I was looking for 2H, I discovered it was at the airport for the return to hotel. She never instructed me to call to request a pick-up.

This is one of my favorite "before early flight" hotels. Now it is my favorite "park and go to airport" hotel/lot. The people are wonderful and I will be parking here again in the future.

Van sent to pick up at airport was 15 minutes later than we we told. A call to notify me would have been
nice. Also, NO AIR CONDITIONING in van and van was not clean

Close enough to airport to not worry about being late. Driver very helpful and prompt. Would recommend to anyone wanting ease and confidence in parking vehicle for any length of time. Will use again when needed.

This is our second experience with parking at Comfort Inn Sterling. On both occasions the service at the counter was good as was the shuttle to the airport. On both occasions the pickup service at the airport was poor. 65 minutes today and only after a 2nd call after 45 minutes had passed. The coordination needs work. Thanks for the opportunity to vent. I will continue to use your service but not from this location.
