We arrived at Dulles at 12:35am and called the hotel for a pickup. We were told the hotel driver did not show up for work that evening and to take a taxi to the hotel where the driver would be paid
NO PROBLEMS whatsoever!!!!
This is the third time in using your service and I will continue to do so
It simply beats the heck out of using the parking lots at Dulles!!

Shuttle only runs every hour. On the way to the airport it was OK. On the way back, we called and they said 15-20 min. The shuttle arrived 35 min after our call. The shuttle stopped at Walmart to pick up someone (??). It took us 1 hour from the time we called to the time we arrived the hotel. For this reason, we give it a 'Fair'.

Hampton Inn South provided an efficient, warm welcome at the desk, both at arrival and departure times. Shuttle service was prompt and extremely courteous, by a most helpful, pleasant driver. Location was perfect for us as we were approaching and leaving the area on route 50 west. The parking lot was well lighted and easy to use. I would definitely use the Hampton Inn parking service again. Highly recommended based on our experiences on Sept. 23 and Oct. 1, 2016.

The only problem I had which was quickly remedied, was our return flight was late arriving to Dulles and the Hampton Inn did not have a shuttle driver to pick us up that was prepaid for. The attendant on duty said we needed to catch a taxi. He was told I had already paid for parking (which included the free shuttle to and from airport). He stated they would reimburse the cab fare. Hampton Inn did just that.

I did not know till I got back that I was going to be taking a taxi. They did pay for it, it was clean and it was probably a good thing because I didn't have to wait for the shuttle; but after all that traveling and dealing with the Atlanta airport I was not happy I was going to be required to take a taxi. Advanced notice of the shuttle drivers vacation would have helped. Otherwise, I really like the convince to the airport.

This is my 4th time parking at the Hampton Inn parking lot. Each time has been a good experience and I feel that my car is safe there even though there is no covered parking. They have always had reliable and dependable shuttle service to and from Dulles airport. I have used them twice this year so far and will be using them again in October 2016.

The Hampton Inn was too far from the airport for quick service. The van came on demand. The price was right.

The only thing I would suggest is that the night clerk who takes the requests for night pick-up from Dulles gives more clear instructions.
I was told to go to H2. Only after standing at the upper #2 exit of the terminal for several minutes without seeing the shuttle (having been told the shuttle was already almost there to pick up another passenger)I asked a nearby worker.
I was told that H2 was located at gate 6 on the lower level.I took off running to H2 while my party made their way there.

It's not fair to complete one survey. Departure desk clerk and driver were great. Clerk on arrival did not pay attention on the phone (she sent driver to look for us at the hotel) It took 4 calls before driver arrived at Dulles at 2 am.

This is the 2nd time I've used this location. I appreciate the shuttle runs 24/7. I needed it when my flight was delayed.
But when I dropped off my car this time about 8:20am, they told me the shuttle runs on the hour, not on demand. Waiting until 9am might have made me late for my plane. They did start to call a taxi, and then the shuttle driver volunteered he could take me and still get back for the next customers to leave at 9am. So it worked out, but call to check their current policies.

Very good experience. I parked my car mid-afternoon, and they said the driver had to come back from another trip, but he arrived in 10 minutes to take me to the airport. Coming back, I called as soon as my flight landed at 1am, to give them a heads up. Then I called when I got back to the terminal, and he came in 20 minutes. Since my car was parked in the hotel's own lot, it was readily accessible to drive away. Construction on route 50 made access a bit confusing; not their fault.

When we dropped our cars off at the hotel lot, we had to wait an hour before someone came to pick us up. The website says every 30 min.
When we got back to the airport and called Hampton Inn for the return shuttle, we were told the driver had left for the night, even though the shuttle was supposed to be available 24 hours. Our plane was delayed so we were later getting back than originally planned. So we had to get a taxi back to our cars. Frustrating!!

On my arrival, they did not have a shuttle van driver. They had to call and pay for a taxi to get me to the airport. On my return trip, I had to call 4 times before I could get the front desk to pick me up at the airport. Both situations involved early am times.

overall a good experience. I would give one =recommendation, have the receptionist be clearer on where to meet the shuttle for the return flight from the airport. I understood "2A" when she said "2H". Fortunately I was able to flag down the driver. Using a code phrase like "H as in hotel" would hav avoided this problem.
