We are conveniently located on the south side of the Washington Dulles International Airport. Free shuttle service is included with your parking reservation. Our shuttle is available 24/7 drop-offs go every hour on the hour to the airport and pick-ups are upon request, meaning we are a phone call away from picking you up. Reservations must be made online in advance to take advantage of this internet only special parking rate. The hotel address and driving directions will be provided on the confirmation.

Upon arrival at the Hampton Inn on the departure date, the front desk informed me that there was no parking space available for the third-party guests and that I had to wait until their hotel guests left to secure a space. I missed a shuttle ride to the airport. Luckily, I found by chance a space by cruising around the premises for 10-15 minutes. After that, all went uneventfully. But it was a nerve-wrecking experience fearing that I may miss my flight.

The shuttle wasn’t as convenient,thought it was contingent per hour. Had to take a cab to airport so I wouldn’t miss my flight. Upon returning we returned in a cab of which the hotel paid. Though this was not a problem it would have been more convenient to have a shuttle service. Thank you for making sure we mad it back to our location safely. Should have a service that offer less than a half an hour wait.

The shuttle never ran however the staff at the front desk were rockstars. Called taxi and got me to the airport on time and again back

It’s a bit further from the airport than I thought, so just give yourself a little more time. The shuttle was prompt upon picking us up and the driver was friendly. On the day we dropped off the car there was a bit of delay getting the car checked in and the shuttle arriving. That’s why I say, leave a bit more time when you first leave your car.

I learned from Google map that Hampton inn would provide shuttle service every 30 minutes. Actually it has only one shuttle each hour. I have been waiting in IAD for almost 1 hour long with kidseven though I called the front desk twice. I do not reccommend it to any one anymore.

Your hotel staff did not share with me that I needed to call upon return for pick-up. I returned on a red eye at 4:20 am and waited several hours before having to pay $15 for a taxi to take me to the hotel to pick up my car. I was dropped off at the wrong hotel and had to be taken back to the airport only to be picked up by the correct hotel shuttle. Your staff omitted the most important piece of information and I was impacted negatively because of their negligence. Your drivers were great

Exceeded my expectations. From the location, to the front desk attendant who assisted me inside of the hotel, to the driver and shuttle experience everything was perfect. Coming home, I anticipated a long wait for the shuttle but the driver was there within minutes and called me to locate me. I was highly impressed with the entire process and would definitely use them again if I ever flew from Dulles.

I try to call numerous of time when I arrived back from my flight and nobody answered. So I had to take a cab back to the hotel. But everything else was good.

I went to the Hampton Inn Dulles Airport South after paying in advance through the website. . . .it was very early in the morning, there was no shuttle available as advertised, and I was asked to fill out a form at the front desk in order to park. Which was going to take up more time than I had. I left because it was clear that I was not going to make it to the airport in time if I tried to stay there & catch a cab (several other people were waiting for one). I ended up missing my flight anyway.

Was not asked on way to airport if we had time for your hotel guests to be dropped off at museum. We ended up with an even tighter time frame to get to airport. Also on return trip driver was abrupt and did not communicate effectively with the 3 sets of travelers. Luckily one of the other travelers asked him why we were waiting and determined we could leave for parking lot.

I was under impression you could call to arrange shuttle at any time sobon way there we had to Uber is only thing. The front desk didn’t seem to care if we would miss our flight or not, so had to figure it out. Maybe re-think or re write wording. Thanks
