Shuttle Information

Please note, the shuttle service operates only from the hotel to the airport and does not include a return trip from the airport. It runs every 30 minutes between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM from Monday to Saturday, and between 7:00 AM and 9:30 PM on Sundays. Please have your Way.com confirmation ready when boarding.

Parking Instructions

Upon arrival, customers must present their reservation confirmation email (either printed or on a mobile device) to the front desk for validation. The reservation must be properly validated before parking. After validation, customers are required to collect a parking pass from the front desk and clearly display it on the vehicle dashboard at all times while parked.

Note:Failure to validate the reservation and display the parking pass may result in additional charges, citation, or towing.

In the event that the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the check-in time, a nominal cancellation fee will be subtracted from the overall booking amount, and the refund process will be initiated.
