You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. Once you arrive at the parking lot please pull a ticket at the gate instead of scanning the QR code. After pulling the ticket, proceed to the office with your QR code, parking lot team will either scan it or take the OGI number for verification and arrange for parking. The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space and provide airport shuttle information. Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time before your flight. IMPORTANT: Kindly note that if you own a KIA or a Hyundai car model, parking is at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any theft or damage to your vehicle. This precaution is due to recent theft attempts targeting KIA & Hyundai cars, particularly within our vicinity.
