Shuttle Information

Pick-Up From The Hotel: The Airport Shuttle runs 24/7 but must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. The day before your flight, please call the hotel directly at 980-312-5500 to schedule your shuttle appointment. Shuttles run on the hour and half-hour. Shuttle Pick-Up From The Airport: Once you are done at baggage claim, please call the hotel directly at 980-312-5500 for pick-up. Exit Baggage Claim and proceed to Zone 1. You will see the signs for “Hotel Shuttles”.

Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Show the hotel front desk your parking reservation, receive a validation code, then register your vehicle via the QR code at the front desk. All vehicles must be properly registered. Then proceed to park anywhere that does not say reserved.

Please check with the airlines and airport for suggested arrival time before your flight.

Note: After 11pm customers must call the hotel on 980-321-5600 to arrange the shuttle drop off/pick up.

Please note: To avoid credit card preauthorizaton charge You need to use the validation code on the payments screen and use the option that says "skip this step", if you start the parking session and use the validation code after you will get a preauthorization charge
