Parking Instructions

Check-In:

Upon arrival, customers must check in at the front desk with either a printed or mobile reservation confirmation. A brief registration form will be provided, and a purple Park and Fly tag will be issued, which must be displayed on the rearview mirror while the vehicle is parked on the property. Vehicles should be parked behind the hotel on the back left side, past the pool. If shuttle service to Dallas Love Field is needed, customers must inform the front desk, as the shuttle typically runs every hour during designated service times.

Check-Out:

When returning to retrieve their vehicle, customers should call the hotel from the lower level of Dallas Love Field to request shuttle pickup. Once back at the hotel, the purple Park and Fly tag must be returned to the front desk to complete the Park and Fly service.

Cancellation
