Shuttle Information

Our shuttle service operates every 30 minutes starting at 4:30 AM until 10:30 PM. Pickup locations include Terminal 1 at the designated hotel shuttle spot and at Door 4 and Door 7 on the baggage claim level in Terminal 2. The shuttle departs from the hotel every half hour, stopping at all three points, with the final shuttle leaving the hotel for the airport at 10:30 PM.

Parking Instructions

After booking, you will receive an email with redemption instructions.

Visit the front desk to complete a parking form before parking and take a ticket at the underground garage entrance.

Upon returning, present your confirmation at the front desk for validation to use at the ticket machine when checking out.

If you stay beyond your reservation, visit the concierge to pay any additional fees; this program is not applicable to hotel guests.
