Shuttle Information

Complimentary shuttle runs daily from 7:00 AM–10:30 PM, every hour on the hour. No service from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Terminal 1 Pick-Up: Wait at the hotel stop sign. Airlines: Southwest, Frontier, Air Canada. Terminal 2 Pick-Up: Door 4 (Lower Level): Wait at hotel shuttle stop sign. Airlines: Alaska, Delta, JetBlue, United. Door 7 (Lower Level): Wait at hotel shuttle stop sign.

Parking Instructions

After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed parking instructions.

Upon arrival, please stop at the hotel front desk to complete a parking form and display the completed form clearly on your vehicle’s dashboard. Before entering the parking lot, either pull a ticket or enter the registered phone number used during booking into the entry machine to check in.

When exiting, follow the same process by either pulling a ticket or entering your registered phone number to check out. It is recommended that you check with your airline or airport for the suggested arrival time before your flight to ensure timely check-in.

Please note that this parking lot has a height restriction of 6 feet 6 inches. If you exit the gate after your reservation end time, an additional fee will apply. Be sure to stop at the front desk to make the payment before exiting the lot.
