Shuttle Information

Our complimentary shuttle operates daily from 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM, running every 30 minutes on the hour. Important: Please call 30 minutes before your arrival to arrange pickup. For airport pickups, the shuttle stops at the following locations: Terminal 1: ‘Hotel Shuttle’ pick-up area Terminal 2: Outside the baggage claim door 4 and 7 Terminal 3: Outside Door 9 on the arrivals level The shuttle departs from the hotel every 30 minutes on the hour, making stops at each location before returning.

Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after completing your reservation.

Upon arrival at the parking lot, simply present your email confirmation either on your smartphone or as a printed copy to the attendant. They will guide you to your reserved space.

When exiting, please bring your garage ticket and printed confirmation to the front desk. The staff will validate your ticket, allowing you to exit the garage smoothly.
