Shuttle Information

Complimentary shuttle service available from 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM. The shuttle operates on demand and runs approximately every 10–15 minutes during regular hours.

Airport Pick-Up Instructions: Shuttle pick-up is available from Ground Transportation, Level 5 – Island 3. West Terminal: Exit through Door 508 and proceed to Island 3. East Terminal: Exit through Door 509 and proceed to Island 3. Please have your parking location or valet ticket ready for the shuttle driver when boarding.

Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

When you arrive at the parking lot, present your email confirmation to the front desk as a printout. The staff will guide you to your reserved space. Customers must print their confirmation emails and place them on the dashboard before exiting their vehicle after parking.
