Shuttle Information

Arrival: Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes during operating hours. Seating is first-come, first-served; please allow up to 30 minutes for pickup. Return: Call (303) 459-8000 at least 30 minutes, and up to 24 hours, in advance. Pickup is every 30 minutes from East Terminal (Blue Side), Door 505, Island 3, from 4:00 AM–12:00 AM. Look for the white “ProPark Gateway Park” shuttle. Have your parking pass ready. Arrange your own transportation outside shuttle hours.

Parking Instructions

IMPORTANT: Please validate your reservation before parking. Failure to complete the registration process may result in a citation.

Arrival:

Upon arrival, pull up in front of the hotel and proceed to the front desk. Have your license plate information ready.

Present your prepaid reservation to the front desk, where you will receive a validation code and QR code to register your vehicle.

Scan the QR code and enter the validation code first. Then select “Skip This Step” on the payment screen to bypass payment.

After your reservation has been validated, park in any space not marked “Reserved.” Proceed to the shuttle pickup area after parking.
