Shuttle Information

Complimentary shuttle service to/from DEN operates every 30 minutes between 3:30 AM and 11:30 PM. Seating is first-come, first-served, and wait times may be up to 30 minutes.

For return pickup, call (303) 371-0300 at least 30 minutes (up to 24 hours) in advance. Pick up at East Terminal (Blue Side), Door 505, Island 3, and look for the "WS" shuttle. Have your parking pass available. Transportation outside shuttle hours is the customer's responsibility.

Parking Instructions

IMPORTANT: Reservation validation is mandatory before parking.

1. Arrive at the hotel and report to the front desk before parking.
2. Present your prepaid reservation details and provide your vehicle's license plate number.
3. Receive the registration QR code and validation code from the front desk.
4. Scan the QR code and enter the validation code provided by the front desk when prompted.
5. When prompted for payment, select "Skip this step" to continue.
6. Complete the vehicle registration process.
7. Park in any available space that is not designated as "Reserved."
8. Secure your vehicle, collect your belongings, and proceed to the shuttle pickup area.
