Shuttle Information

24 HOUR SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: Main Hours: 10AM-9:30PM CST (every 30min) - Free Late Hours: 9:31PM-9:59AM ($20+) For Shuttle Call (214) 494-1744 30 minutes before your arrival to arrange pickup. Upon arrival, park on the 2nd level of the parking garage only, Call us and remain at your vehicle. DO NOT PARK on the 1st level of the parking garage or your vehicle will be removed at the owners expense.

Parking Instructions

!!STOP!!— YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU CONFIRM WITH US: Immediately after booking, you MUST text a screenshot of your reservation confirmation to (214) 494-1744 along with your full name, email address and License Plate. This confirms your reservation with DFW Airport Parking by Ausby and ensures your parking spot is reserved. !! BALANCE DUE !! YOU ONLY PAID A DEPOSIT. Once you complete this step you will receive the payment link by text and email. Reservations that are not confirmed may not be honored, and unconfirmed vehicles are subject to removal.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with your check-in instructions, shuttle schedule, and payment details.

For shuttle service, please call (214) 494-1744 at least 30 minutes before your arrival to arrange pickup. Upon arrival, park only on the 2nd level of the parking garage, call us, and remain at your vehicle. Do not park on the 1st level, as vehicles parked there may be removed at the owner’s expense. Shuttle service operates 24/7 in two shifts, with complimentary shuttle hours from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM CST daily and optional after-hours service from 9:31 PM to 9:59 AM available for a $20+ fee.

Cancellation

Flexible. You can cancel the parking reservation any time before the check-in time for a full refund.
