OVERVIEW

About Space

ValetConnections delivers a convenient, reliable airport parking experience just minutes from DTW. Choose professional valet or affordable self-park, both supported by 24/7 operations, secure monitored facilities, and fast shuttles every 5–10 minutes. With quick check-in, prompt pickups, competitive pricing, and an easy text-based shuttle request system, we make airport parking simple, efficient, and stress-free from arrival to return.

Shuttle Information

Complimentary shuttle available 24/7 with pickups every 10–15 minutes or on demand. After check-in, you’ll receive a text with a link to your e-ticket—the fastest way to request pickup. Follow the text instructions to request the shuttle without calling. Airport Pickup: From baggage claim, go upstairs via escalator, cross the skywalk to the parking structure, go down, and proceed left to the off-airport parking/hotel shuttle area. If needed, call 734-992-4946 and keep your ticket number handy.

Cancellation

Flexible. You can cancel the parking reservation up to the minute before the check-in time and receive a full refund. Guaranteed money returned, no questions asked!
