Shuttle Information

The shuttle operates daily from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. on the hour. For airport pickup, please call 954-923-7300 after you have collected your luggage.

Parking Instructions

Please park in the hotel’s rear lot upon arrival.

Visit the front desk to receive your parking pass and place it on the dashboard of your vehicle. Shuttles to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) are scheduled hourly.

Note: Oversized vehicles are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

This reservation is non-refundable.

As per the operator’s policy, the reservation is not eligible for cancellation or refund. However, if you would still like to proceed with a cancellation request, please reach out directly to the parking lot, as they will be able to review the request and confirm whether an exception for a refund can be considered.

Cancellation

Cancellation is flexible. Refund requests submitted prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for processing.

As per the operator’s policy, for cancellation or refund requests made after the check-in time, approval from the parking management will be required before any refund can be processed. Refunds in such cases will be handled accordingly based on management approval.
