Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Once you arrive at the parking lot, check in at the front desk with a printed copy of your reservation. After check-in, place the provided documents on your dashboard, park and lock your vehicle, and keep your keys with you. Once parked, kindly return to the lobby.

Please check with the airlines and airport for suggested arrival time before your flight.

Cancellation Policy

This reservation is non-refundable.

As per the operator’s policy, the reservation is not eligible for cancellation or refund. However, if you would still like to proceed with a cancellation request, please reach out directly to the parking lot, as they will be able to review the request and confirm whether an exception for a refund can be considered.

Cancellation

Cancellation is flexible. Refund requests submitted prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for processing. As per the operator’s policy, for cancellation or refund requests made after the check-in time, approval from the parking management will be required before any refund can be processed. Refunds in such cases will be handled accordingly based on management approval.
