Shuttle Information

The shuttle operates from 5:30 AM to 11:30 PM, departing every hour on the bottom of the hour. Please check in with a front desk associate for a parking pass before boarding. Kindly display the pass on your vehicle's dashboard. To arrange pick-up from the airport, please call 954-922-0011. For transportation to the airport, please visit the front desk. Also, customers are allowed to carry only 3 bags maximum in the shuttle van. Extra baggage will be charged directly at the lot.

Parking Instructions

NOTE : Due to limited number of spaces, Handicap parking is only available for short-term parking. So, if you are staying more than 2 days and require handicap access, please inquire at the front desk where to park.

After reserving, you will receive an email with redemption details.

Show the parking lot attendant your email confirmation via a printout or on your smartphone when you get there. You will be guided to the assigned spot by the parking lot personnel and provide airport shuttle information.

For everyone's safety, please park only in designated areas approved by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in your vehicle being towed at your expense. Kindly confirm the recommended arrival time before your flight with the airline and the airport.
