Shuttle Information

We have 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service to and from LAX is available - every 15 minutes.

At the lot, board the shuttle at the designated pick-up sign near the parking entrance.

When you return to LAX from your trip, please proceed to the Departures (Upper) level and wait under the red sign marked “Hotel & Private Parking Shuttle".

Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

When you reach the parking lot, use the scanner at the entrance to scan the QR Code you received and enter.

Also show your email confirmation to the attendant on your smartphone or as a printout. The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space.

The indoor parking lot, with a clearance of 6’7”, is spacious, with seven levels of self-covered parking and an additional level of outdoor rooftop parking.
