Shuttle Information

We offer a complimentary shuttle service that runs every 20-25 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Board the shuttle at the front of the parking facility.

When you return to LAX from your trip, please proceed to the Departures (Upper) level (2nd floor) and wait on the right side under the red sign marked “Hotel & Private Parking Shuttle”.

Shuttle service is available to all terminals; please call to request pickup.

Parking Instructions

Check the confirmation email you receive after reserving a spot for instructions on redeeming your booking. Don’t forget to save the email for your reference.

On the day of check-in, drive to the parking lot entrance and use the scanner to scan the QR Code sent to you.

Allow enough time to park your car and reach the terminal before your flight. Check with the airline/airport to confirm the suggested arrival time.

Note: This lot has a height restriction of 6' 7".
