Shuttle Information

The pick up location for the shuttle is in front of the hotel entrance. The shuttle will display a digital signage with the words "Sonesta LAX". It stops every 15-20 minutes with no set schedule. It is available 24 hours a day. The pick up location at the airport will be in the upper level for Departures. At every terminal, there is red signage that reads "hotel shuttle pick up" with a list of the hotels in the area.

Parking Instructions

This facility is open 24/7. Valet parking only; if you self park there will be additional nonrefundable fees. This offer is not valid for Hotel Guests. Hotel guests will be charged regular hotel parking fees. No IN & OUT privileges.

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Once you arrive, you may park in front of the hotel lobby and wait to be assisted by a valet attendant.

Contact the lot and meet your valet driver at the designated location for pick-up/drop-off of your vehicle.
