Report to the Valet Parking entrance at 136-20 38th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354, situated on 38th Ave between Main Street and 138th St. The entrance will be on the right-hand side just before the stop sign.

At check-in, guests must provide the Valet with the QR code for their reservation.

The prepaid fee covers sedan vehicles. SUVs require $5 extra per day, while oversized vehicles require $10 extra per day, payable directly at checkout.

The discounted Way.com rate is exclusive to Way.com and will not be honored onsite. Drive-up pricing may be 25–40% higher.

Only one reservation is permitted per customer. Any extension or overstay must be paid directly to the lot at the applicable daily rate.

Remove any valuables from your vehicle. The facility and Way are not liable for lost or stolen belongings.

The garage is not responsible for mechanical failures or flat tires. Vehicles equipped with breathalyzers will not be accepted.

SHUTTLE FILLS UP FASTER. If the shuttle is full, customers must wait one hour for the next shuttle. The property and Way will not be responsible for alternate transportation or its cost.

The shuttle runs once every hour, 30 minutes past the hour, starting at 6:30 AM (6:30 AM, 7:30 AM, 8:30 AM, etc.).

Height Restriction: 7 feet 7 inches.

The lot operates Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–11:59 PM, and Saturday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–11:59 PM.
