Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Once you arrive at the parking lot, The parking garage is on the right side of East Ocean Blvd, on Pine Ave.

The max vehicle size is 6.8 in height. It's not ideal for oversized trucks. Customers will access the garage by pulling a ticket at the entrance gate. They then will proceed to levels 6 and 7 to park. Customers will be responsible for transportation to the cruise ports or airports, as the hotel does not provide a shuttle service. Upon their return, customers must show their Global Parking confirmation (Printout or Mobile App) to the front desk in the main lobby.

Once confirmed, the customer will be provided a validation ticket or keycard to exit the garage.

Please ensure that you keep the original ticket and place it inside the center console or glove compartment. You will need both the ticket and parking validation from the front desk to exit the garage.
