To the Airport: Arrive at the hotel lot at least 3 hours before your flight. The complimentary shuttle runs 7 days a week from 4AM–12AM, every 60 minutes on the hour. Returning: After baggage claim, call (407) 635-2700 for pickup.

Parking Instructions

Arrival & Shuttle

Step 1 – Hotel Check-In: Drive to the hotel’s main entrance and proceed to the front desk. Show the attendant your prepaid parking reservation confirmation, either digitally or in printed form.

Step 2 – Display Your Permit: The front desk will issue a parking permit. Place it on your dashboard where it can be easily seen by parking lot security.

Step 3 – Self-Parking: Park in any available uncovered self-parking space in the hotel lot. Secure your vehicle and return to the lobby shuttle area.

Shuttle Schedule: Please plan to arrive at least 3 hours before your flight. The complimentary courtesy shuttle is available 7 days a week from 4:00 AM–12:00 AM and operates every 60 minutes on the hour.

Returning to the Lot

Step 1 – Contact the Hotel: Once you have collected your luggage, call the hotel front desk at (407) 635-2700 to request a shuttle if your arrival is between 4:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

Step 2 – Go to the Shuttle Area: From baggage claim, exit the terminal and follow the overhead signs to the designated hotel shuttle pickup locations. Terminal A: Commercial Lane spaces A1–A4 and A42–A45. Terminal B: B1–B4 and B40.

Step 3 – Wait for the Shuttle: Proceed to the designated hotel shuttle loading area and look for the shuttle marked Comfort Inn Suites & Wyndham Garden Inn Orlando Airport.

Checking Out: After being dropped off at the hotel, go directly to your vehicle and leave the lot using the physical parking permit displayed on your dashboard.

Extended Stays: If your return flight is delayed and your stay extends beyond the prepaid reservation period, please visit the front desk to settle any additional parking charges before departing.
