For all questions about shuttle transport, please call 408-598-3338. Customers are to meet in front of the entrance of the hotel lobby to board the shuttle transport to the airport. Upon return, customers meet at the Departures level of the airport and board the shuttle from Door#2

Parking Instructions

You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation.

Once you arrive at the parking lot, show your email confirmation to the attendant on your smartphone or as a printout. The parking lot staff will direct you to the reserved space and provide airport shuttle information.

Please check with the airlines and airport for the suggested arrival time before your flight.

Customers will have to print out their confirmation emails and place them on their dashboard before exiting their vehicle after parking their car.
