Shuttle Information

Complimentary Shuttle runs from 4:30 am to 11:30 pm, every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. Upon returning to MIA, customers are required to wait on the first floor across from the baggage claim area to board the return shuttle. Please look for a white shuttle marked with “Pullman Hotel” on the side.

Parking Instructions

When you arrive at the hotel, please enter the gate by pressing the button to receive a parking ticket. Take the parking ticket, your license plate number, and your Way.com confirmation letter to Guest Services. At Guest Services, you will need to complete a form with your personal and vehicle information. They will then provide you with a vehicle decal to place on your dashboard and guide you to the parking area. Please allow 15 minutes for this process to ensure you coordinate with your desired shuttle time.

Note: This lot does not allow parking for RVs, moving trucks, cargo trailers, buses, or oversized trucks.
