You will receive an email with redemption instructions after making a reservation. 

 

You are advised to check in at the front desk to present the confirmation emails and collect the hang tags and fill up the details (License Plate & Customer Name) prior to parking your vehicle at this lot.

 

Please do not leave any valuables, personal items, or car keys in the vehicle. Extended Stay America Hotels is not responsible for items lost or stolen.

Note: RVs and trailers are not permitted at this location. Only standard passenger vehicles are allowed for parking.

 

Important Notice for Customers: If you are unable to obtain a hang tag from the front desk upon arrival, please ensure you place a printed copy of your booking confirmation clearly visible on your vehicle dashboard. Failure to display a hang tag or a printed confirmation may result in your vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

 

We do not offer a free shuttle service now, but you can easily take an Uber/Lyft ride to reach any terminal quickly. To help offset the cost of transportation, we have lowered our parking fees. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
