Shuttle Information

To board, take the elevator to the 1st-floor main lobby. For airport pickup, Terminals 1–3 passengers should proceed to Terminal 2 Lower Level, Door 2C, and wait at the middle curb. Terminal 5 passengers should wait outside Door 5E. Between midnight and 8:00 AM for domestic terminals, and at all times for Terminal 5, call 847-678-9234 or text 224-330-8402 for pickup.

Parking Instructions

After booking, you will receive an email confirmation with your reservation details.

When entering the facility, pull a paper ticket and keep it for checkout. No barcode or QR code scan is required.

Proceed to the Economy Covered section on Levels 2 and 3. Insert your entry ticket at the interior gate and park in any open space that is not marked "Reserved."

After parking, take the nearest elevator to the 1st-floor main lobby to board the airport shuttle.

Before leaving the facility, visit the cashier desk with your entry ticket and reservation confirmation for manual processing. Automated exit scanners are unavailable. Any overage charges must be paid by credit or debit card, as cash is not accepted.

ADA/Accessible Shuttle: Customers requiring an ADA-accessible shuttle must call 847-678-9234 at least 24 hours before arrival to request service. Please call again 1 hour before arriving at the facility so the shuttle can be prepared. For your return trip, call the facility upon landing to request pickup. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the accessible shuttle to arrive at the airport pickup location.
