Shuttle Information

Complimentary shuttle service operates 24/7 every 7–12 minutes. To board, take the elevator to the 1st-floor main lobby. For airport pickup, Terminals 1–3 passengers should proceed to Terminal 2 Lower Level, Door 2C, and wait at the middle curb. Terminal 5 passengers should wait outside Door 5E. Between midnight and 8:00 AM for domestic terminals, and at all times for Terminal 5, call 847-678-9234 or text 224-330-8402 for pickup.

Parking Instructions

After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details.

When you arrive, pull a paper ticket from the entrance gate and retain it for checkout. No barcode or QR code scan is required for entry.

Proceed directly to Level 4 (Rooftop Parking) and park in any available space that is not marked "Reserved."

After parking, proceed to the nearest elevator lobby and take the elevator to the 1st-floor main lobby to board the airport shuttle.

Prior to exiting, visit the cashier desk with your entry ticket and printed or digital reservation confirmation. Automated exit scanners are currently unavailable, so all reservations must be validated manually. The facility is cashless; any overage fees must be paid using a credit or debit card. Cash is not accepted.

ADA/Accessible Shuttle: Customers requiring an ADA-accessible shuttle must call 847-678-9234 at least 24 hours before arrival to request service. Please call again 1 hour before arriving at the facility so the shuttle can be prepared. For your return trip, call the facility upon landing to request pickup. Please allow up to 30 minutes for the accessible shuttle to arrive at the airport pickup location.
