Shuttle Information

Shuttle runs Mon–Sun, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM. Departs the hotel at the top of each hour. The return shuttle from the airport runs every half hour. Please call the front desk upon arrival to arrange pickup. No pick-up at Terminal 5; use the O'Hare Shuttle Center. Hotel does not cover Uber/Lyft/taxi fares. Travel time is 20–25 minutes.

Parking Instructions

After completing your reservation, check your inbox for an email with redemption instructions.
