Drive to the main hotel entrance and stop under the awning in the loading area. Check in at the Front Desk with your reservation details and vehicle plate number. The staff will register your vehicle, issue a dashboard pass, and guide you to the cruise parking area.

Upon return, head to the shuttle pickup area after customs and baggage claim. Once dropped at your vehicle, you may leave directly. Shuttle Details After parking your vehicle, please return to the lobby seating area for shuttle departure.

Paid shuttle service to the Port operates on a scheduled basis at 9:45 AM and 11:15 AM for $10 per person, each way. Upon your return, after clearing customs and collecting your luggage, proceed to the designated shuttle pickup location.
