How to Redeem

Once you make a reservation, you'll get an email with redemption instructions.

When you arrive at the parking lot, show the email confirmation to the attendant on your smartphone or as a printout. They will guide you to the reserved space and provide shuttle information.

Check with your cruise line and port for the suggested arrival time before your departure.

Shuttle Information

Our shuttle service operates from Thursday to Monday, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Cancellation

You will not be able to cancel your reservation after 7 days prior to start time.
