About Space

For travelers departing from the Port of Miami, Park and Cruise LLC Port of Miami Cruise Parking offers secure parking 2.4 miles from the port. The facility’s clear signage and organized process help ensure quick check-in and efficient transfers.

Shuttle Information

Check-in begins at 10:30 AM. Shuttles run from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM every 30–45 minutes; wait times may vary. If full, the next shuttle will arrive shortly. Complimentary service is limited to 4 passengers per reservation. Uber, Lyft, or taxi expenses are not reimbursed.

On return, look for “We Park in Miami.” If not picked up within 30–45 minutes, call/text 786-830-4506. Have your validation ready at exit.

Parking Instructions

1. Obtain a Parking Ticket
Upon entering the garage, take a parking ticket from the entrance machine. Keep your original ticket for exit validation.
 
2. Park on Your Designated Floor
- Covered Parking: Park exclusively on the 7th or 8th floor.
- Uncovered Parking: Park exclusively on the 9th floor.
Covered and uncovered parking reservations are not interchangeable. Please park only on the floor designated for your reservation.
 
3. Proceed to the Check-In Area
Take the hotel elevator to the 1st floor and follow the posted signs to the designated check-in location.
 
4. Check In with the Attendant
Present your parking reservation to the attendant for verification, check-in, and parking validation. The attendant can also assist you with courtesy shuttle transportation.
Important Parking Requirements
- Check-in is mandatory for all parking reservations.
- You must park on the floor designated for your purchased parking type.
- Parking on an unauthorized floor may result in additional garage charges or towing.
- Keep your original parking ticket for exit validation.
- Courtesy shuttle transportation is complimentary and included with your parking reservation. It is not a separately paid transportation service.
 
Please follow these instructions to ensure a smooth arrival, parking, and departure experience.
 
No refunds are provided for private transportation such as Uber, Lyft, or Taxi.
 
Cancellation All cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of making the reservation. Requests received after this period are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
 
Same-day cancellations are not accepted.
 
Cancellation requests made after the scheduled service start date and time will not be honored.
 
No refunds will be issued for unused parking reservations, whether intentional or accidental.
 
A $10.00 cancellation fee applies to all canceled reservations.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours, including same-day cancellations, and no-shows are non-refundable.

Inability to locate the facility does not qualify for a refund. If your reservation is relocated to an approved partner facility, the relocation does not qualify for cancellation or refund.

Refund exceptions require documented special circumstances and prior approval from Park N Cruise LLC Port of Miami management.

Location Issues: Inability to locate the parking facility does not qualify as a valid reason for cancellation or refund. Alternate Facility Use: If necessary, Park N Cruise LLC Port of Miami may relocate your reservation to one of our approved partner facilities. Such operational adjustments do not qualify for cancellation or refund. Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Reservations cancelled on the day of parking, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds. Exceptions: Refund exceptions may be granted only under documented special circumstances and must receive prior approval from Park N Cruise LLC Port of Miami management.
