Oversized Vehicle Parking: Oversized vehicles, including qualifying large SUVs, passenger vans accommodating 11 or more passengers, Sprinter-style vans, and other high-roof or extended vans, may be subject to additional charges in accordance with the parking facility's policies. Vehicle eligibility and applicable charges are determined by the facility based on the vehicle's dimensions, height, parking-space requirements, and weight restrictions. RVs, motorhomes, campers, trailers, and large commercial vehicles require separate pricing and advance approval.

 

Cancellation Window: Submit cancellation requests at least 24 hours prior to check-in to receive a full refund. Requests received after this window are not eligible for cancellation or refund. 

Location Issues: Being unable to locate the parking facility does not qualify as a valid reason for cancellation or refund.

Alternate Facility Use: If necessary, Park N Cruise LLC Port of Miami may relocate your reservation to one of its approved partner facilities. These operational adjustments do not qualify for cancellation or refund. 

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Reservations cancelled on the day of parking, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds. 

Exceptions: Refund exceptions may be granted only for documented special circumstances and require prior approval from Park N Cruise LLC Port of Miami management.
